Currently, we are supporting them in recruiting a motivated new colleague who will join the team as a:


CUSTOMER & SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST with GERMAN


In this role, you will communicate with clients following their website registration, provide consultations, and maintain ongoing follow-up communication. You will also collaborate closely with the back office team, respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, and accurately document all interactions and activities in the company's CRM system.

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

- At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer-facing role;
- Excellent command of German (B2+/C1 level);
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and engaging telephone manner.
