For one of our partners, we are currently looking for an experienced professional to join an international technical project in the role of:
The role:
As a Senior OT Migration Engineer, you will take a leading role in planning and executing OT network migration and segmentation activities across multiple environments. You will coordinate technical teams during migration windows and cutovers, support change management activities, and ensure smooth transition of industrial systems to the target network architecture.

Your responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate OT network migration and segmentation activities
• Lead technical execution during migration and cutover windows
• Coordinate network, firewall, infrastructure, OT and local technical teams
• Support firewall and network migration activities
• Work with VLANs, subnetting, IP addressing and network connectivity
• Troubleshoot network related issues during and after migrations
• Coordinate technical changes through established Change Management processes
• Work with ServiceNow for change requests and related activities
• Support validation, rollback and post migration activities when required
• Track migration readiness, technical dependencies and open issues
• Ensure clear communication between all teams involved in the migration process

The profile we are looking for:
• At least 5 years of experience in Network Operations, Infrastructure Migration, OT/ICS environments or Technical Change Management
• Practical experience with network or firewall migrations
• Strong understanding of VLANs, subnetting, IP addressing and network troubleshooting
• Experience working with OT, ICS or industrial network environments
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams during migrations and cutovers
• Knowledge of network segmentation and cybersecurity principles
• Experience with ServiceNow and Change Management processes
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work in an international and cross functional environment

Working conditions:
• Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 CET
• Remote or hybrid working model
• No business travel required
• Occasional work outside standard working hours, including weekends, during planned migration or cutover activities
