Our client operates on a global scale and delivers the next generation Digital Transformation & Digital Cloud Experience to enterprises. The role is part of the Cybersecurity department of the company.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT OWNER (Cybersecurity)

What they do:

The Cybersecurity department focus is on messaging security and workflow for the IBM and Microsoft collaboration platforms. The main task is to transform the long-earned experience in protecting email communication to a modern cloud platform for protecting the new communication channels. Available as cloud service they protect the current technologies for collaboration and communication used in the business world. Currently, they are looking for experienced Product Owner to join the Core and Integration team.

Who you are:

A professional deeply interested in a career in CYBERSECURITY, interested in being an active part of a strong friendly developing team, open to remote work or based in our client’s Sofia office.

What you do:

• The Product Owner (PO) is the person responsible for the roadmap of the product and the release cadence
• Responsible for defining the value proposition
• Prepare sales enablement materials for the product and enable Business development manager (BDM) and sales
• Work with BDM to embed and develop own IP in a company portfolio
• Enable channel sales
• Steer product launch process with cross functional teams
• Facilitate the definition of release scope, goals and deliverables
• Develop full scale release plans
• Assemble and coordinate product staff
• Manage release budget
• Track deliverables using appropriate tools
• Present reports defining product progress, problems and solutions
• Responsible for planning, execution and overall delivery of one or more products and solutions.
• Manages and provides directions and support to the product team and ensures successful development and enhancement of products.
• Communicates with all related parties and coordinates smooth development process to maintain the planned roll-out schedule and quality.

You need to have:

• Related Bachelor or Master Degree
• 3+ years’ experience in Project Management
• 5+ years’ experience in Software Development
• Experience leading software development teams and products through multiple releases
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, making decisions based upon priorities, schedules and an understanding of business initiatives
• Experience in leading complex, cross-functional teams
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Ability to communicate effectively to different levels of the organizational stakeholders
• Identify and assess problems and work with the team solve them with a sense of urgency
• Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze various inputs to help prioritize work
• Ability to work with multiple Scrum teams and juggle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations
• Fluent English
