Our client own and manage one of the largest shopping centers in pLOVEdiv. On their behalf we are now searching for a Marketing Manager to take the day-to-day responsibility for all marketing communications within the center, to both the consumers and the retailers.

An understanding of budgeting, planning, advertising, promotion, community relations, public relations and sponsorship would be necessary. The position is responsible for launching and continuous implementation of the shopping center`s events plan and budget.

The role:

Retailer Communications
• Develop, understand and communicate relevant retail trends to center management – areas to include sales and footfall forecasting & reporting and general issues
• Develop individual marketing campaigns for retailers as required
Online Marketing
• Assess the effectiveness of the company website and implement content improvements and new features to meet on-line objectives.
• Plan and execute PR and Marketing campaigns both online and offline
• Incorporate online activities with offline marketing promotions
Consumer PR and B-2-B Relationships
• Day to day responsibility for all consumer PR, liaison with PR agency etc.
• Work closely with agencies and ensure timely and top-class implementation of all marketing communications.
• Develop and manage relationships with retailers, head office, suppliers, retained agencies – ensuring cost efficiencies and brand guardianship is achieved at all times.
Internal Communications
• Work effectively with internal departments (esp. leasing, specialty leasing, sub-brands and guest services to ensure optimum business effectiveness and information is communicated around the business units – new store openings, launches, events, changes to procedures, etc.
Marketing Plan and campaigns
• Assist in preparing the annual Marketing Plan, and ensuring that marketing objectives are achieved, measured and results reported to all relevant stakeholders.
• Budget management of campaigns in line with overall marketing budget
• ROI analysis required on each promotion and fed back to business

The requirements:

• Relevant University Degree
• Previous retail, consumer, leisure or hospitality marketing experience
• Very good level of English – both written and spoken;
- Understanding of retail marketing in particular the drivers of shopping
• Project Management
• Budget Management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
