Investor Media Group is a leading Internet media company, based in Bulgaria. With its websites, the company reaches over half of the Internet users in the country (data by Gemius)

The company is looking for Public Relations Manager with desire to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

Media partnerships and barters deals – Corporate, Brand and Events level:

- Observes and updates Key Partnerships on the Marketing Calendar
- Barter Deal Checklist including Objective Definition
- Clear Specified Objective for each promotion
- Clear and Agreed responsibility/DueDates for each task (both for us and partner)
- Media Plans for Partnerships (Events/Barters, special project)
- Contracts and documentation (incl. invoices and protocols) for Partnerships
- Advertising Materials for Event; Creation/Approval of Creative Materials
- Post Evaluation Report for Client
- After Action Review (AAR) for Investor

B2b communication:

- Partnerships – ensure the excellent company presentation as a trustworthy partner
- Marketing Material for Sales and Events: Handouts, Media Kits, Investor Presentations/Videos
- Effective B2B communications: Newsletters (agencies/advertisers), Company’s Advertisement website (Reklama Investor), Events sites, Special Promotion communications and measurement of effectiveness
- Monthly agency newsletter
- Statistics on Agency Newsletter – tracking
- Media kit update - offline and online
- Creative and production of sales materials for Christmas, Easter, 1 of March etc.
- IBG, IBG Facebook Page, Reklama investor

Social Marketing:

Corporate level – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Plus

Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in a similar position (3-5 years)
Proactivity and initiative
Excellent English - spoken and written
Computer literacy
