Marketing Support Specialist

This is a combined role for initiative and flexible people. The person will support all our marketing managers with any of the their requests related to new campaigns which requires daily communication with our design team, web dev team , campaign team etc etc.

Location: Varna, Bulgaria
Working hours available: 08:00 - 16:30 (Mon-Fri)

Main responsibilities:

Content creation and copy writing
Creating / requesting marketing materials
Constant monitoring of partnerships, to ensure partner DB is updated
Preparation of partnership overview reports
Assist with the training of new Sprintax team members and monitor their performance
Keep the training materials updated
Manage complicated customers' cases and liaise with the relevant teams to ensure high quality and adequacy in the provided services
Help with reports

Key Skills and Competencies Required:

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Advertising or Management
Good knowledge of excel
Good written and spoken English
Great attention to the details
Ability to lead
