Your Role

We are now looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to help us grow our client base through strategic channel partnerships and high-volume affiliates. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing and maintaining strategic relationships for SiteGround across the various verticals we operate in. If you possess strong relationship-building skills, and are apt to see win-win opportunities with partners in order to both increase our sales and best represent our users and products, you are the person we’re looking for.

Your Responsibilities:

Identify, create, lead, negotiate and implement effective strategic agreements that drive high volume sales;
Manage all processes leading up to finalizing such agreements (i.e. lead generation, prospecting, establishing first contact, negotiations, meetings, contracts, integration and follow up);
Be the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with the partners;
Lead periodic business reviews with the partners and offer a strategic and analytical perspective of the partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth;
Build and manage scalable partner programs to drive broad adoption of SiteGround services.
Our Expectations:

Experience with strategic sales, partner management or business development;
Experience with and understanding of online marketing (conversion rate & landing page optimization, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, etc.);
Ability to negotiate and work with high level executives;
Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach;
Fluent verbal and written command of English.
Not required, but a plus:

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or Business Strategy;
Good command of Spanish or Italian.
