Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
Organise the training process with the trainers to achieve the training goals
Coach and develop the trainers in the department
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
Manage training budget
Provide opportunities for ongoing development
Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Responsible for the highest quality work delivered by the employees.
Responsible for the KPIs department achievements.
Observe, monitor, coordinate and manage all the tasks of the Department.
Understand The Company Mission, Vision, Goals and KPI’s.
Describe in written the measures which will take for improvement of department performance.
Coach, mentor, develop and motivate the team in the Department in order to assure goals achievement.
Preparing tables of results analysis and discuss them on daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
Daily focus on the best performed results.
Make sure that his team members clearly understand what is expected from them.
Understand all the problems in the team.
Finding solutions to the problems and overcoming them.
Create a good professional work environment .
Lead by example.
Attend all company meetings to which they are invited.
Protect Company's interests, property, know-how, and reputation.
Participate in training new employees
Create new procedures when necessary


Requirements:


Proven work experience as a training manager
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong report writing and record keeping ability
Good computer and database skills
