Purchasing Specialist
Our partner is a leading aluminium extrusion company in Southeastern Europe. Founded in 1971, it is a fully integrated designer and producer of architectural systems, aluminium profiles for industrial applications and aluminium profiles and parts for the automotive industry. With a global network and facilities, guarantees the continuous and uninterrupted delivery of quality products to global customers.
We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist for their production team.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous operation of the production facilities through providing and maintaining the necessary materials and services;
• Work with SAP – database of materials, suppliers, contracts and purchase requests;
• Negotiate terms of purchases/ services;
• Follow up of market situation development;
• Participate in purchasing related projects.
• Place and track purchase orders;
• Monitor the complete supply chain;
• Coordinate with suppliers;
• Liaise with production as the customer;
• Optimize purchasing with regards to total costs of purchasing.

Our requirements:

• Technical degree;
• Relevant professional experience in a production company will be considered a plus;
• Previous experience in assigning services will be considered a plus;
• Ability to generate new ideas and identify potential for improvement within his working area;
• Good MS Office skills;
• Very good command of English language;
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desired.
