For one of our clients – a company developing in field of importing, distributing and selling of spare parts, we are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, analytical and outstanding people on the position Branch Manager.

Branch Managers are instrumental in developing their team to deliver outstanding customer service and attract new business.

Job Description:

Provides the overall direction of the branch through leadership, motivation and effective communication;
Manages and develops the sales team, sets the KPI’s;
Leads in prospecting, growth and robust development of the branch’s portfolio, assist in marketing efforts and execute on branch and corporate generated product campaigns;
Manages the procedures and process of the reception in the shop of the branch;
Contributes to the operating plan, setting, reviewing and achieving objectives and targets.
Key Requirements:

Preferably university degree;
Experience in sales and ledaship, at least 2 years;
Experience in spare part for trucks sales is a plus;
Good knowledge in using the PC (MS Office suite);
Knowledge of the auto domain, knowledge about auto parts identification programs is a plus;
Proficiency in English – at least medium in speaking and writing.
