Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Starts and develop a new online marketing department.
Be responsible for the day to day operation of the department.
Manage and oversee the work of the development team.
Mentor and develop the team.
Be able to understand and meet client requirements and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and generate new business opportunities.
Responsible for the highest quality work delivered by the employees.
Responsible for the KPIs department achievements.
Observe, monitor, coordinate and manage all the tasks of the Department.
Understand The Company Mission, Vision, Goals and KPI’s.
Describe in written the measures which will take for improvement of department performance.
Coach, mentor, develop and motivate the team in the Department in order to assure goals achievement.
Organize and hold monthly meetings for results analysis of the Department.
Daily constant results observation and taking action for improvement when necessary.
Preparing tables of results analysis and discuss them on daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
Daily focus on the best performed results.
Make sure that his team members clearly understand what is expected from them.
Understand all the problems in the team.
Finding solutions to the problems and overcoming them.
Create a good professional work environment.
Lead by example.
Attend all company meetings to which they are invited.
Protect Company's interests, property, know-how, and reputation.
Participate in training new employees.
Interview and approve new hires.
Create new procedures when necessary.




Requirements:
Proven work experience as an online marketing manager.
Knowledge in SEO/ Web design/ SEM.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
Strong report writing and record keeping ability.
People management.
Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and adherence to ethical service practices.
Have a willingness to learn and try new technologies.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
