Currently, we are searching for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in delivering top notch digital marketing campaigns across channels and European markets.

The Role:


• Participate in the development of the digital marketing strategy to address the company's overall goals and oversee all aspects of its implementation;
• Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, blogs, etc;
• Initiate and lead projects for the development of new and the upgrade of existing online communication channels - social media, blogs & corporate web site;
• Social Media community management;
• Support the creation of/create digital advertising assets: ad banners, presentations, landing pages, newsletters, etc;
• Coordinate current and potential project work with project managers, marketing team members, sales and delivery managers.

Candidate Qualifications:


• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, including strategy and website development;
• Good command of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator will be considered a strong advantage;
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Social Media Ads campaigns;
• Experience in running newsletters & email marketing;
• Experience with digital marketing tools for tracking ad campaigns;
• Have a nose for optimization potentials and how to exploit them;
• Level of English sufficient for understanding project briefs and basic advertising messages.

• Dynamic self-starter, able to demonstrate initiative, time-management and problem-solving skills; with the ability to prioritize, take responsibility and work independently to improve work processes.
• We also seek an individual who is creative, enthusiastic and not afraid to experiment.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, with a careful eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have a positive attitude towards contributors and colleagues and understand the needs and expectations of our customers & candidates, while supporting the aims of the group.
