THE COMPANY:
Our client is a growing trading company operates in Bulgarian market and partnering with suppliers and producers wordwide. The company enjoys an enviable reputation for product quality and stock availability and is well placed to respond to customer needs.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Ensure product sales targets are achieved, maintain profitable growth and develop business in line with short term plans (annual budgets) and long term strategies. Ensure a high level of customer contact on a regular basis, maintain existing business and analyze new business opportunities, customer satisfaction, market information and competition activity.

KEY REQUIREMENTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for sales development and ensure that an annual sales budgets are achieved.
Managing sales team and new business development through producers &
Regular liaison with key principal suppliers where there are well established relationships and product lines.
Negotiate with decision makers and closing deals.
Manage and deploy the most efficient and appropriate level of customer contact, in order to ensure that sales opportunities are maximized to the full.
Maintaining good relationship with customers in highly competitive market.
Promote all aspects of the portfolio and ensure new product lines are introduced where applicable.
PROFILE:
Ideally strong experience of selling polymer materials and products - minimum 4 years;
Sales and management experience;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Excellent English, second language is an advantage;
Must be a highly motivated – make things happen;
Ability to act independently as well as with a team focus;
Energy, drive and enthusiasm;
Loyal, honest, strong-minded, result-oriented.
