Position Title: Technical Analyst - Delivery Center

We are currently expanding our Sofia Delivery Centre and looking for Technical Analyst who will have the opportunity to work on Decision Analytics Delivery Projects handling technical environment configuration, software installations (hosted and on premise solutions), product parametrization, technical testing, troubleshooting and UAT support.
Responsibilities:

Configure technical environment and validate platforms prior to software installation
Responsible for product installation
Provide technical product customization and parametrization as per project specification
Provide technical consultancy on client integration
Cooperates with Business Analysts to ensure the solution is accurately deployed and delivered
Responsible for the execution of internal technical and performance tests and solution defects resolution
Communicate effectively with Project Manager/project members to ensure accurate and timely implementation of project

Recognizes, documents and articulates risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner

The successful candidate will have:

University degree or equivalent standard with a high-numeric, IT or business content
Strong knowledge of Server OS (Windows, Unix/ Linux)
Experience of relational DB (Oracle, MS SQL)
Working knowledge of SQL
Experienced in the use of software configuration tools
Understanding of XML and integration within web services
Ability to troubleshoot basic Networking issues/Protocols
Very good knowledge in web services and technologies
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Fluent in English

The following skills and abilities will be considered as an advantage:

Experience in software installation, configuration, testing and support
Good understanding of software delivery life cycle
SOAP interfaces
Java technologies
