411 Marketing is a fast growing online advertising agency with offices on three continents. We specialize in Local & Organic SEO, Web Design, Copywriting and Online Marketing. Due to our increasing customer base, we are currently looking for a Production Manager for our growing Advertising Department based in Varna.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Focused on the quality of production delivery in the maksimum optimised working environment. The customer satisfaction is a goal of your life!+
- Be able to understand and meet client requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and generate new business opportunities.
- Responsible for the highest quality work delivered by the employees.
- Observe, monitor, coordinate and manage all the tasks of the Department.
- Coach, mentor, develop and motivate the team in the Department in order to assure goals achievement.
- Organize and hold monthly meetings for results analysis of the Department.
- Daily constant results observation and taking action for improvement when necessary.
- Daily focus on the best performed results.
- Make sure that his team members clearly understand what is expected from them.
- Understand all the problems in the team.
- Finding solutions to the problems and overcoming them.
- Create a good professional work environment.
- Lead by example.
- Attend all company meetings to which they are invited.
- Protect Company's interests, property, know-how, and reputation.
- Participate in training new employees.
- Interview and approve new hires.
- Create new procedures when necessary.


Requirements:

- Proven work experience as Team leader, Supervisor or Manager.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- People management.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and adherence to ethical service practices.
- Have a willingness to learn and try new technologies.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent English

In Additiotion - Knowledge in SEO/ Web design/ SEM will be considered as a plus.
