Our partner is a growing international company focused on online selling of various product lines on
Amazon. They source their products from different parts of the world and sell them mainly in the
EU and the Americas.

For several years they have operated as remote/distributed team and recently they decided to
establish their office and packaging center in Sofia to make it their home base. They are small but
very ambitious team of young individuals working hard on developing a modern, stable and
efficiently operating business and they need you to help them grow! In their company attention to
detail is valued tremendously, so please include word banana in your cover letter so they know
you are one of them.

Our ideal candidate would be someone with few years of hands on experience in marketing and
customer service, fluent English, excellent leadership and communication skills. This person
must have good understanding of e-commerce principles and great organizational skills. As it’s
normal for startup-like environment, the role requires comfort with working independently and
the willingness to wear several hats.

The following are a must for this position:
- Experience in e-commerce is mandatory
- Residence in Sofia or willingness to relocate
- Marketing, Business Administration or similar degree
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent English, other languages are an asset
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, planning, time management, and
problem-solving skills
- High proactivity and responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Photoshop skills
- Product development knowledge
- SEO and PPC knowledge
- Knowledge of Amazon is an asset

Main tasks for this position:
Lead the Marketing and Sales department which includes but is not limited to:
- Constant communication with company’s Directors located remotely
- Research and development of new product lines
- Optimize Amazon listings: product descriptions, images, etc.
- Implement promotions and PPC Campaigns to increase sales
- Manage visual identity of each Product line/Brand (logos, inserts, websites…)
- Team management - hire, train and manage a team of several virtual assistants
- Identify, communicate, solve and follow up on issues that arise on a daily basis
- Supervise customer service operations
- Marketing & sales performance analysis and reporting
