Currenly, for one of our clients - a multinational IT company - we are searching for a motivated professional with the creativity to think outside the box, organized and detail-oriented.


What will you do?

Identify and maintain existing marketing automation processes, programs and technical processes and workflows; implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity, where it necessary;
Manage data input process for records added or modified through Marketo, ensuring proper sync with Salesforce, in support of sales lead assignment and reporting;
Develop dashboard reporting that provides insights and visualizations into current, projected, and historical performance metrics;
Manage internal stakeholders in execution of marketing campaigns set-up within the department’s marketing automation platform;
Work with the marketing team to implement email execution best practices for all outbound communications creating a cohesive prospect experience;
Develop and maintain outbound communication programs to support demand generation initiatives and product communications including nurture tracks for customer and prospect segments, sales conversion campaigns, webinars, events, and more;
Serve as the primary Marketo administrator, and manage other technologies in the marketing team’s stack of tools, including webinar platform, CMS;
Coordinate with sales operations to ensure successful system and process integration with Salesforce.


What are the requirements?

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience;
• Experience with Email Marketing software; CAN-SPAM, and best practices;
• Excellent level of English;
• Experienced user of Marketo and Salesforce;
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction;
• High levels of initiative, drive, creative idea generation, commitment, and integrity
