Our client is an international manufacturing company in the field of metal working. In line with the planned expansion of their business we are seeking a driven and proactive person to join the team and take on the position of:

Business Development Manager

In this role your main objective will be exceeding company’s capacity by increasing the outsourcing volume.

Your key responsibilities would be:

Supporting the staff in drawing up offers and preparing relevant documentation;
Communicating with existing and finding new outsourcing partners;
Inquiring and negotiating prices;
Developing the production schedule and overseeing the manufacturing progress;
Accomplishing quality assurance.
Our requirements:

Experience in industrial environment and good understanding of production processes;
Technical/ Engineering academic background;
Proficiency in English or German;
Strong organizational and negotiating skills;
Knowledge of CAD software and experience in the metal industry will be considered an advantage.
