On behalf of our Client, we are searching for a Senior Manager with experience in the following industries: Telecoms, FMCG and Retail with excellent strategic thinking and people management skills who will support their expansion strategy for the Sofia Region.

The main responsibilities will be:

Lead and support a team of Sales Staff and Team Managers on everyday basis in order to achieve the Divisions Targets;
Work against and successfully achieving monthly pre-defined sales objectives
Expansion of the Clients’ Base as well as maintenance of the existing one;
Looking for potential business opportunities through new Sales Partnerships;
Participation in the Recruitment Process for new Staff as well as their onboarding;
Proactively assessing the market and monitoring of the marketing strategies.
Requirements for the Position:

Proven experience in fast-moving and sales-driven environment
Excellent people management skills with knowledge of latest employee motivation strategies
Entrepreneurial spirit with go-getter personality
Flexibility to adjust to different customer needs
Good command of English language
Driving License
