This role is responsible for developing sales processes by helping the clients in the onboarding procedure.
Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Business Development team to manage clients’ relationships, build pipeline and network;
-Analyze and understand clients' needs and assist them in smoothly onboarding process;
-Taking a bridge role between new merchants and the internal departments.
Requirements:
-Native or near-native level of English;
-Experience and knowledge of the e-commerce industry;
-Use of CRM tools (SalesForce precisely);
-Bachelor/MBA degree in a relevant field of studies;
-Service-oriented, excellent client and retention skills;
-Good interpersonal skills and a team player;
-Strong communication skills (verbal, written and spoken);
-Achievement-oriented, hard worker, capable of sustaining intense workload;
-Stress resilience.
