Our client, leading company, internationally operating in the energetic field, is looking for a experienced, highly motivated person to join their team, in the role of:

COST ESTIMATING SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepares estimates of the cost of manufacturing products, construction projects or services;
– Prepares analyses of unit prices and offer calculations, monitoring cost of construction;
– Communication with present and future clients regarding offers, terms and costs of projects, maintaining business correspondence both in English and Bulgarian language;
– Thoroughly studies audit documentation, the technical specification for the implementation of the works
– Analyze project requirements, gather data, and evaluate the costs associated with each phase
– Participating in preparing contracts and schedules for the implementation of projects


Qualifications:
– University degree in Engineering will be considered as strong advantage
– Fluent English (written and spoken)
– Great communication skills, computer skill (knowledge in MS Office)
– Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
– High sense of responsibility and positive attitude
