Our client is a leading international company specialized in providing services such as metal stamping and post processing including metal degreasing, assembling, vacuum metallization and other.

Regarding the advancement of our company's operations, we are seeking a motivated, responsible and long-term oriented person for the position of:

Production Manager

Your Responsibilities:
Control production technology compliance and production program execution;
Ensure that all people-related processes for the Production & Maintenance Teams are effectively executed;
Monitor, analyze and communicate production KPIs on basis of ERP data and reports;
Provides leadership and line management to the team;
Identifies business improvement opportunities within the organization;
Planning and managing preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment;
Performs root cause analysis and resolves problems;
Participates actively in infrastructure, operational processes and development projects;
Works on continuous improvement activities, optimizing results and improving quality of delivery;
Follow and be responsible for the production lines performance;
Manage the production internal communication processes.

Your profile:
Relevant university degree;
Experience in an international manufacturing company on a similar position - automotive industry, light or heavy industry sector will be a strong advantage;
Very good knowledge of production processes, equipment and operations management tools;
Solid business thinking and great technical background;
Proven experience in managing successfully people;
Able to constantly promote high standards through personal example;
High level of commitment and motivation;
Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong ability to convince;
Outstanding analytical and conceptual competences, excellent problem-solving;
Excellent computer literacy (ERP, MS Office, etc);
Fluency in English.
