A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our Marketing and Sales team! We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Consultant

As a consultant you will:

Develop a 360-degree digital marketing strategy that supports the company's overall goals and to oversee all aspects of its implementation;
Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, blogs, etc;
Create guidelines for designers and web specialists on how to conceptualize and develop advertising units, such as landing pages;
Follow up on campaign performance utilizing Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools (Hubspot; CrazyEgg) to constantly improve ROMI and overall campaign efficiency;
Identifying, monitoring and analyzing competitors;
Initiate, lead, and update existing online communication channels - social media, campaign web sites, blogs, corporate web site, etc.;
Recognize opportunities for target audience exposure and execute strategies that take advantage of these opportunities;
Manage website development to incorporate new features and functionality;
Identify UI issues and maintain a strategy to optimize UX
Discover and execute strategic partnerships to acquire compelling content, features, and online tools that support the company strategy;
Analyze customer analytics, candidate profiles, and surveys to identify new opportunities and provide data driven marketing recommendations;
Coordinate current and potential project work with project managers, marketing team members, sales, and delivery managers


The best candidate must have:

3+ years online sales experience, including managing strategy development, content acquisition, and website development;
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns;
Experience in running CPA/CPL campaigns; SEO, PPC, Email marketing and social media;
Experience with digital marketing tools for running and tracking digital ad campaigns;
A level of English sufficient for understanding project briefs and basic advertising messages;
A good command of HTML is not a must but will be considered a strong advantage;
