Sutherland is looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our remote team and support one of the world’s top airlines.

Your Responsibilities:
Assist passengers primarily via chat and occasionally via phone
Manage flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
Provide information on flight schedules, pricing, and services
Handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism
Use ticketing systems and internal tools effectively

Requirements:
Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience with airline reservation software is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and customer care orientation
Ability to work remotely and independently
Flexibility to work on day/late/night shifts
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
