For one of our clients – an international B2B gaming platform and game provider – we are looking for a Scrum Certified Product manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Research the market, trends and perform gap analysis;
* Work closely with the sales and top management to define product roadmap aligned with business strategy & goals
* Prepare and manage a backlog of stories and define priorities;
* Create and maintain the appropriate documentation (PRDs, technical PRDs) for the development and QA teams in order to develop the product right, from the first attempt;
* Work closely with the development team, communicate and clarify feature requirements, perform acceptance tests to make sure that the project goal is being met;
* Work closely with development team to deliver in an iterative, agile way with quality;
* Work closely with Designers team to create the best possible UX.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of previous experience as a Product Manager in an Agile Software Development team – a must;
* 2+ years as a team leader or system analyst in an agile software development team – a must;
* Passion for gambling games, especially Slot machines and Scratch card games;
* Capability in market research, product design, analytics and software development;
* Ability to analyze the end user experience, out-of-the-box thinker and design a great User Experience flow;
* Excellent communication skills and high level of written & verbal English;
* Experience in data analysis and working with BI tools;
* Self-motivated and proactive persona;
* Superb organizational skills and attention to details;
* Results oriented.

Advantages:
* Experience in Online gaming industry;
* B.A., B.Sc. or diploma in software development, electronics or similar relevant field – a big advantage;
* Knowledge and deep understanding of Agile methodologies ;
* Technical background and experience with programming languages;
* Experience working with legal and compliance departments to meet regulatory requirements;
* Working knowledge with Atlassian’s JIRA and Confluence – an advantage. Admin level knowledge is a big advantage.
