Our client is a leading company in chemical ingredients distribution market & industrial solutions provider. For them, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as:
Business Development Director
Main responsibilities:
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities and new sources of revenue through meeting with clients;
• Creating revenue opportunities and driving growth in close cooperation with your Sales team;
• Staying current on industry trends, appropriately positioning our solutions against the competition, and making recommendations on prospective projects;
• Reaching business targets, keeping at the same time a strong morale and engagement in your team.

Required qualifications and skills:
• 12+ years’ experience in a Business Development role. Relevant market experience in the raw materials industry is required;
• Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in Chemistry;
• Goal orientation and passion about growing the business and reaching the targets set;
• Knowledge of raw material products, market and competition;
• Excellent communication skills both in Bulgarian and in English, with an ability to address business, and technical audiences;
• Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills;
• The motivation and drive to be successful.
