MARKETING DIRECTOR

Main responsibilities:

• Manages a team of marketing and communication professionals to execute the vision and strategy of the organization. Along with daily supervision, also manages the professional growth and opportunities for the team;
• Works to implement short & long term marketing goals, as part of the Company’s strategy;
• Oversees the management of content on all websites, digital and social platforms. Looks for new opportunities to expand reach in creative and innovative ways;
• Managing the advertisements in Google AdWords and analyzing results in Google Analytics;
• Work with the creative and PR professionals on creating new and fresh ideas and advertisement;
• Provides support and guidance in new product development and product launch campaigns. Plans and oversees new product marketing campaigns;
• Responsible for branding and positioning of the Company. It ensures that the branding is consistent company-wide. Ensures that the Company’s image is correctly being portrayed in ads, presentations, brochures, etc.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or Communications;
• 5 + years of professional experience in Online Marketing Management;
• Proficient user of English - written and spoken;
• Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
• Experience in customer and market research and market strategies preparation;
• Ability to achieve high results;
• Strong leaderships and analytical skills;
• Ability to solve different issues and to generate ideas and market positioning strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
