We design customized sales lead generation programs, sales, customer retention, customer service and help desk solutions. Founded in 2003, the company now employs over 200 young highly educated professionals who train and work in dedicated business development teams.Due to the natural growth and success of the company, we are looking to recruit new members in our account management team at the position of Call Centre Agent with ENGLISH.
Main responsibilities:
- Establishes, develops and maintains relationships with prospective customers;
- Presentation of the company's services and benefits;
- Establishes the first contact with different prospects;
- Handles the calls in a professional and relationship-based approach.
Requirements:
- Very good level of ENGLISH- both written and verbal;
- Strong communication and influencing skills;
- Self-motivated and results driven personality;
- Time-management skills;
- Ability to relate well to all kinds of people;
- Good PC skills.
