Now, we are looking for IT Monitoring Systems Specialist
Your daily tasks:
• Onboarding of a wide variety of data sources in different monitoring systems
• Perform scripting, installations, deployments, configurations, upgrades, security patching
• Work with internal customers and peers to develop requirements for new reports and dashboards Visualizations
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported problems on any of the installed data sources
• Agent/probes deployment, configuration and maintenance across a variety of platforms using multiple configuration management systems
• Create complex threat detection logic with the help of Machine Learning and predictive analytics
• Plan and coordinate changes, upgrades and new services in coordination with the Product Owner
• Provide on-call production support on rotation basis to ensure 24/7 availability of the supported monitoring systems
Your profile:
• University degree in the field of IT/Telecommunication or any other relevant education;
• 2+ years of experience with programming, script languages and monitoring tools;
• Basic knowledge in the following areas - REST APIs, Elastic Search, Kafka, Nagios, Kubernetes;
• Knowledge in one or more of the following tools are an advantage: Splunk, Microsoft Azure Monito, IBM AIOps, Datadog;
• Understanding of design, development and maintenance of enterprise applications and interest in machine learning and data engineering;
• Good troubleshooting abilities;
• Fluent English – written and spoken;
• German will be considered as an advantage
