Our client is an independent and one of the fastest developing companies, leader in the tobacco industry. For them, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as:

Trade Marketing Manager - Asia and Europe

Main responsibilities:

-Within the set framework, translate short-, mid-, and long-term marketing strategies into operational trade marketing concepts;
-In close cooperation with sales and marketing teams, develop market specific trade promotional concepts to gain access to merchandising space at retail for the implementation of agreed merchandising standards;
-Establish channel strategies and implement the associated plans. Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.
-Develop, propose and manage the trade promotion expense budget;
-Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives;
-Put in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales teams.

Requirements:

-Diploma or degree in a Marketing or Business related subjects;
-At least 3 years of trade marketing /sales experience in FMCG;
-Fluency in English;
-Excellent command of MS Office;
-Understanding of consumer & shopper insights;
-Analytical ability and quick solving problems with negotiation skills;
-Good communication, coordination, teamwork, & organization skills are essential;
-Ability to travel (about 50% of the working time).
