Our client is an independent and one of the fastest developing companies, leader in the tobacco industry. For them, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as:

TRADE MARKETING MANAGER


Main responsibilities:

* Manage the initiation, preparation, implementation and performance tracking of Trade Marketing strategies, which are in line with Marketing strategies on the market;.
* In close cooperation with sales and marketing teams, develop market specific trade promotional concepts to gain access to merchandising space at retail for the implementation of agreed merchandising standards.
* Establish channel strategies, plan and coordinate promotional marketing campaigns;
* Develop, propose and manage the trade promotion expense budget.
* Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.
* Put in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales teams.

Requirements:

* University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or other related;
* At least 3 years of trade marketing /sales experience in a multinational FMCG company;
* Proficient user of English – written and spoken;
* Excellent command of MS Office;
* Understanding of consumer & shopper insights;
* Analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit;
* Very good problem solving skills, detail oriented mentality and a 'can do' attitude;
* Good communication, coordination, teamwork, & organization skills are essential;
* Ability to travel (about 50% of the working time).
