For them we are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced person for the position of:

FOOD SERVICE & COFFEE CATEGORY MANAGER

Accountabilities:

- Overall performance management and driving maximum profitability of the Food Service and Coffee categories;
- Continuously stay up-to-date with market trends and customer expectations;
- Find and/or manage external food service partner(s) and field force;
- Develop category plans using the Shell framework, outlining strategies and related tactics for the categories;
- Continuous and systematic execution of the category plans, making decisions about assortment and recipes, merchandising, pricing and promotions;
- Ensure smooth operations of the food supply chain;
- Ensure very high food safety standards;
- Development and management of promotions and marketing activities, including the supervision of communication materials production, post investment reviews, learnings sharing;
- Management of supplier relationships and contracts;
- Continuous engagement with the Sales & Operations team and Shell’s Retailer partners;
- Active and proactive member of the CEE Convenience Retail team and the country Retail team.

Requirements:
- Experience in the food service business is a must;
- Understanding all the food service development and operations processes;
- Self-motivated personality, strong internal drive to deliver results;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to work and deliver in complex, virtual, multi-country environment;
- Resilience under stress;
- Track record of strong performance and delivery;
- Clear customer focus and passion for excellent service and flawless delivery;
- Good relationship management and communication skills;
- Ability to negotiate effectively;
- University or college degree;
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
