SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR MLM COMPANY

Описание

· Plans and develops first Partners and Leaders for the market and enhances further development of the Sales force to make distribution effective and stable. Promotion of career path, special offers and motivation programs aimed to grow sales and develop the Sales force. Enhances a high involvement of the Sales force into business and high motivation for program achievements aimed to grow overall sales and achieve sales force count targets.



· Forms and proactively develops the atmosphere of productive and open relationships with the Sales force by motivation, support, counseling, recognition for the sake of sales force development and career opportunities improvement.



· Serves as liaison between the Sales Force and Company by leading Sales force meetings and events to ensure productive discussions about business, future development and potential proposals to make the business more effective.



· Makes and presents a full analysis of monthly sales, recruitment, activities, provides the feedback about the sales strategy and any corrections needed, makes recommendations for the Sales force development and sales increase overall.



· Budget planning and realization, working with regional level to present the budget



· Training projects and Sales force counseling (individual as well as group coaching) for career path, motivation program support, leadership



· Works closely with other company’s departments (marketing, events) and the regional team, keeps all well informed about Sales force targets and needs to represent the best interests of the Sales force and provide the high level of customer service and support.



· Provides understanding and promotion of company’s core values and standards, deals with highly sensitive issues with the Sales force (if available)



. People from MLM (multi-level marketing) companies, with experience of work in multi-level companies (such as Avon, Herbalife, Vorwerks, LR, Amway, Tupperware, Jafra, Oriflame, Faberlic).



· Developsteam(s) of subordinates (if available)



Knowledge, skills and abilities:

· University degree, in Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

· Fluent English, good command of Russian is a plus

· 3-5 year experience in a sales function, experience in MLM is a plus. Possible experience in FMCG in areas of sales and/or trade marketing

· Strategic and visionary thinking supported by great analytical and organizational skills

· Knowledge of best practices in MLM, ability to adjust best practice to the company’s business model

· Organization, support and presentation of training programs on behalf of the company

· Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, must be able to motivate and inspire an individual as well as a large organization PC skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)

· Energetic, positive, open, result-oriented, responsible team-player. Self-starter.
