To help drive the company’s growth and ambition, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist that will focus on our Email & Social Media campaigns. They would need to perform daily campaign management and optimisation, write and test ad & email copy as well as identify growth opportunities across social media platforms. Your self-motivation, and desire to hit the budget (and ROI) targets in a competitive environment, will ensure your success and development.

Main Responsibilities for the role of the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Manage existing Social Media campaigns on Facebook;
- Build new campaigns on Facebook and Twitter;
- Build our whole email marketing campaign;
- Write, improve and test email creatives and ad copy;
- Write, improve and test ad copy;
- Optimise marketing approach to meet CPA and ROI targets;
- Daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting;
- Data analysis;
- Monitor Social Media traffic daily, ensuring business goals are met in an efficient way;
- Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest paid search innovations and demonstrating how these can be incorporated into the marketing strategy of the whole company;

Requirements for the role of PPC Executive:
- Ideally 3 to 4 years of Marketing or Advertising experience, gained in either an agency or a client side role across the Email marketing (Mailchimp, Getresponse, Aweber experience is an advantage) & Social media platforms;
- Experience handling high volume & large budget Social Media accounts;
- Organised, with a good eye to detail and a mind of an effective problem solver;
- Strong Ad Writing/Copywriting skills;
- Detail-orientated with solid organisational and time management skills;
- Strong understanding of other areas of digital marketing;
- Fluent in English;
