TRAINEESHIP PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: WHEN WE GROW, YOU GROW
JDE Traineeship Program represents a professional opportunity for students in terminal study year, master students or those who have just completed their studies, who are proficient English speakers & enlightened
by Entrepreneurial spirit, who put Passion in everything they do day by day.

The selection process will take place between June - July 2017 and it is divided into 3 stages.
Only the candidates who will receive a job oVer will enter the program.
The traineeship period is July 2017 - June 2018. During the 12 months you will have full-time schedule and:
• You will understand the role and responsibilities of each department in achieving our mission;
• You will turn your ideas into projects with a positive imprint on the coVee world, a world in which Jacobs Douwe Egberts intends to diVerentiate and maintain as a market leader;
• You will discover the field in which you want to leave your mark, where you fit in and where you may want to become a professional.


JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS Traineeship Program
Step 1: Apply until June 18 2017!
Enjoy the available information about JDE
and the Traineeship Program. If you've decided that you want to venture and become the #CoVeeChampion, apply with your CV in English. Shortlisted candidated will be contacted for an interview.
The Selection Journey: Rapid growth, rapid learning

Step 2: Test your super powers until June 22 2017!
If you fit the spirit and profile described above, you will be contacted for 2 online tests that will activate your senses and will put under the magnifying glass on one hand your knowledge, on the other hand deductive, numerical, creativity, adaptation to change or problem solving skills.


Step 3: In June, let's lear more about JDE in practice!
In the last two weeks of June, if you have gone through online testing successfully, you will be part of the group
of 10 candidates who will be invited to an Assessment center to get to know the company even better and closer.
You will be in the spotlight, so be prepared to introduce yourself in a innovative way and bring your best version. We prepare you a coVee pack next to a flavored case study, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your potential and reconfirm the super powers.

4 Step 4: If you are here, let’s meet face to face!
If you have victoriously passed the first 3 steps, you are one of the 5 finalists who will got an interview from JDE BG Leadership Team. 2 of the finalists will become
#CoVeeChampionSuperTrainees. By the first half of July you will receive the oVer and you will know your
dream start date!
