For them we are looking for:

PROJECT MANAGER - SUPPLY CHAIN

Position Summary:

Responsible for Supply Chain overall performance evaluation with strong focus on process optimization and development and timely delivery all types of functional reports. A focal point between all functional divisions in supply chain with strong collaborative focus. Manages activities related with designing, maintaining and improving of SCM process, policies, tools and ad-hoc projects, including such interfacing with other functions and departments.

Responsibilities:

•Entering new SAP modules;
•Leads SCM improvement initiatives, such as productivity improvements, Procurement process improvements, ERP data consolidation, technology upgrades;
•Develop and report on a weekly and monthly basis all types of reportings and KPIs for procurement and logistics according to goals and perspective development plans of the function;
•Tightly collaborates with Global Operations Support team;
•Report Supply Chain Monthly results to both local and global stakeholders; develop common
approach, standards and metrics with Europe SBU;
•Liaise with other functions, supporting continuous improvement process (finance, maintenance, planning, global supply chain);
•Control execution of existing Supply Chain policies and procedures (Purchasing
Policy, Procure to Pay Policy) and develop news; analyze and optimise existing documents flow of SC process;
•Manage and report Supply Chain databases in the ERP Systems;
•Leads and implement High Impact Projects in Supply Chain area.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•3+ years of experience in a similar position;
•Demonstrated experience in SAP implementation/optimisation processes;
•Deep expertise in data analytics and information presentation (MS Project/ Excel/ Share point/ Power Point).
•Analysis experience in business environment and exposure to procurement strategies;
•Experience in conducting complex financial, spend, and market analysis;
•Experience in multiple business sectors/spend categories;
•Strong inter and cross-functional communication;
•Strong Project Management skills;
