About Leverage Shares

Job description

We are looking for a seasoned and team-oriented Marketing Executive. The right candidate must have hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and managing complex media buys across paid media. Demonstrated strong familiarity with leading programmatic platforms and organic channels is a must. In addition, we are looking for someone with high energy, original ideas, and a cult following of the financial markets. The right candidate must be analytical, with extensive experience using data management and analytical tools. We require 5-7 years of proven track record in developing and executing growth-generating strategies in a multinational setting.

Key responsibilities

Define marketing strategies, objectives, and measures of success with our team across our major markets;
Build joint messaging and produce marketing assets with our internal design team and external vendors;
Create and execute marketing plans and activities (e.g. paid media, influencers, live events, organic activities, branded webinars, etc.) with the team and select vendors to drive scaled adoption of our products across retail traders and investors;
Track and measure performance of marketing activities and share learnings with the rest of the team to identify the most impactful levers to drive customer acquisition and activation through platform partners;
Define metrics that correlate marketing and social activities with trading volumes and AUM across all markets and products;
Work closely with the software, design, and trading team and vendors to jointly increase product adoption in user portfolios;
Measure, identify, optimize, and administer strategy changes with the teams and relevant vendors;
Collaborate with a cohort of internal & external teams to troubleshoot launch, running, budget or compliance issues.

Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant B2C marketing experience in a leading role;
Direct experience working closely with technology partners to build marketing plans and execute marketing programs that drive new customer acquisition;
Experience shaping coherent messaging across platforms and creating content with an internal team;
Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments across leading platforms;
Deep understanding of the user journey from organic and paid media to trading volume and AUM;
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure;
Extensive knowledge of and passion for finance;
Understanding of ETFs and structured products is a plus;
Clear and concise communication skills with articulate market narrative;
Fluent in English;
Knowledge in any of the following languages is considered a major advantage: French, German, Italian, or Dutch;
Master’s degree in Marketing is recommended but not required.
