For one of our clients – a company specializing in worldwide analytics and digital solutions,
we on a lookout for experienced, responsible and detail-oriented individuals for the role of
Claims and Insurance Accountant with German, Italian, French, Spanish and English
(Remote).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Apply your knowledge of accounting principles and insurance claims (property damage,
business interruption, extra expenses) to support our clients;
* Ensure financial data integrity, accuracy, and completeness;
* Review documents, analyse claims, and prepare summaries for supervisors;
* Oversee fieldwork operations, handling smaller claims independently and supporting larger
cases;
* Calculate co-insurance and other advanced coverage details accurately;
* Work with public adjusters, brokers, and others to deliver effective solutions;
* Ensure all work is thorough and meets deadlines;
* Complete timesheets, expenses, and other required admin tasks on time;
* Stay updated with software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and industry knowledge, and meet
professional development requirements;
* Keep all client information confidential and represent the firm professionally;
* Help with hiring efforts to attract talented professionals.

Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred; CPA is a plus red;
* 2-3 years in accounting (public accounting preferred) and basic knowledge of the insurance
industry;
* Able to understand and meet the needs of clients;
* Experience in leading teams and delegating tasks;
* Strong verbal and written skills in one of the main languages and English;
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP experience (SAP is a plus).
