For one of our clients – a famous name in the BPO industry, offering various services,
solutions and products. We are looking for proactive, approachable and friendly people for
the role of Non-Voice Customer Care with French or German and English - Flexible shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Chat and email with customers to help solve their questions and problems;
* Offer quick and clear solutions, guiding them through the process;
* Keep customers informed about upcoming promos and changes, and build trust by really
listening to them;
* Follow company rules and handle various customer-related tasks;
* Learn about how the business works and aim to meet your targets;
* Support your coworkers and suggest ideas to make things better.

Requirements:
* Fluent in French, or German, and good in English;
* Experience in customer support is a plus;
* A customer-first, proactive attitude;
* Great communication skills and a drive to provide excellent service;
* Good at multitasking, flexible, and a strong decision-maker;
* Comfortable using a computer.
