Social Media Specialist with French

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide customers with information and support trough different Social Media channels;
• Identifying and resolving customers issues;
• Escalate cases if needed further analysis;
• Analyzing and identification of further trends and issues.

What you need to be:

• Fluent in French language - both written and spoken;
• Very good level of English language- both written and spoken;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Self-motivated, friendly and communicative;
• Customer relationship skills and ability to quickly and accurately understand and solve issues.
