The role:

- Ensure the successful fulfillment of production plan;
- Plan, organize and control the production process;
- Prepare the working schedule and control the work of the production team;
- Follow up for the quality of the production;
- Monitor proper operation of the production machinery and keep the safety regulations
- Give proposals for optimization of the production process;
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, analyses and forecasts regarding work;

Requirements for the position:

- High education degree in technical studies – automation, mechanical, power engineer or similar degree;
- At least 3 years experience in production area on a managerial position /supervisor,team leader, manager etc./
- International company background will be considered as an advantage;
- Good level of written and spoken English;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Strong personality with good leadership skills and ability to organize and motivate people;
- Ability to take responsibilities and work in dynamic atmosphere;
