We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Quality Analyst Specialist to join our newest program. This strategic-thinking individual will lead, develop and motivate a high-performance team who is going to ensure all incoming HR inquiries for our client in a timely and professional manner. Our Quality Analyst department is looking for new ways to improve the team's performance and we need your help!

Responsibilities:
Monitoring and management of the performance and quality of service
Establish and maintain communication with team members and / or customers
Create solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reporting and analysis and accurate observations
Creation of minings, audits and adhoc monitoring
Provide coaching and feedback
Regular processing of customer inquiries to test and specify the indicated improvement suggestion

Requirements:
Very good command of English and French
6 months of experience in your current role
No disciplinary incidents
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Good level of MS Office
Strong analytical skills and interest in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making suggestions for improvement
