For one of our clients, a leading production company, we are currently seeking to hire:

Purchasing Manager

The role:

- Overall responsibility for strategic purchasing of indirect materials and services for Bulgarian affiliates;
∙ Central pooling, negotiation and contract management of Bulgarian affiliates;
∙ Develop and deploy generic sourcing strategy by indirect material group (preferred suppliers, terms & conditions, statement of work) for local suppliers in close co-operation with central purchasing;
∙ Continuously improve purchasing processes and tools;
∙ Continuously improve capabilities of assigned staff to meet expectations in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, as well as establish working environment that motivates the staff to utilise their full capability;
∙ Supervises operational procurement for cooperate supply and services.

We expect:

∙ At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international company;
∙ Master or Bachelor degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, etc);
∙ Experienced with project management, supply chain management and contract management of international suppliers;
∙ Strong analytical thinking, ability to view situations on both a large and small scale;
∙ Fluent in Bulgarian and English and excellent PC skills;
∙ Strong team player.
