Some of your tasks would include:
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring a proper forecast of production planning in order to maintain adequate product inventory in the company.
- Follows the sales performance & prepares weekly and monthly sales forecast updates.
- Responsible for generating monthly, quarterly forecasts and inputs to annual volume forecast to ensure the current and expected short and long-term demand will be met.
- Responsible for Sales Planning, by generating and placing orders for productions to factories, in order to maintain adequate product inventories in company’s warehouses, based on the sales forecasts, analysis of stock inventory and the current market conditions.
- Responsible for constant communication with factories to ensure requested volumes of products are delivered on time, according to market needs, issues &others (responsible for the coordination of the entire supply chain, from ordering the excise stamps to receiving the finished goods in company warehouse).
- Presenting information of planned productions and forecasts needed for Global Planning Calendar.
- Ensuring close collaboration with Logistics Associate and assuring support of the supply chain whenever is needed in order to guarantee compliance with all local legal requirements & internal policies & procedures.
- Responsible for sales order upload into the company ERP system on a daily basis.

Skills and experience we need:
- University degree;
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong experience in excel;
- Analytical and organizational skills;
- Attention to details.
