Description:
Currently they are looking for Web and Graphic Designer to create amazing user experiences. She/he works closely with Marketing and other departments throughout the Bulpros group of companies. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. He or she should also have superior user interface and UX design skills.
The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. He or she will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
Responsibilities may include concept creation, design, deployment, testing and support and optimization of existing web sites.
The Web Designer will be required to work with internal development teams to design and develop user interface features. She/He will also be responsible for driving the branding standards and corporate identity of the group of companies to a new level.

Responsibilities:
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering phase;
• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks;
• Producing sample sites;
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas;
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards;

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a web/graphic designer (min. 2 years of professional experience);
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
• Proficiency in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat & Bridge;
• Fluent English, German (level B1/B2 or higher)
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively; up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies;
• BS/MS in Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject.
• Corporate identity design;
• Corporate branding;
• Understanding of browser capabilities and design constraints on the web, including mobile phones, tablets, etc.;
o Work across multiple program platforms and integrating designs for print ready post production files;

Optional technical skills & competencies:
• Website optimization;
• Digital Media and web analytics experience, preferably Google Analytics;
• HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript;
• Understanding of content management systems.
