Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for Customer Support Representative, it will be an exciting full time position.

Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining strong Client Relationships that boost Client Success;
- Proactive approach to Client management;
- Planning, creating and implementing effective communications strategies
- Delivering promises on time, on budget and to a standard of service that exceeds your Clients’ expectations;
- Retaining Client portfolio to target;
- Expanding the current portfolio
- Anticipating and handling Client enquiries efficiently;
- Managing positive relationships internally and externally;
- Ensuring customer database is accurate and up to date;

Technical knowledge and skills

- Data management skills including computer literacy;
- Presentation skills;
- Superb attention to detail;
- The ability to react and respond quickly and effectively;
- Experience using CRM is an advantage;
- Numerate and able to understand a financial argument;
- Practical, level headed and ability to prioritise;
