On behalf of one of our clients, an information technology company, we are currently looking for skilled Contract Management Specialists to join their dynamic team.

This role requires proficiency in either German, French, Spanish or Italian, as the team operates on a multilingual basis to support contracts at the local, regional, and global levels. The Contract Management Specialists will collaborate with experienced transition and project managers, ensuring seamless customer-facing interactions and adherence to process methodology.


Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and facilitate customer governance meetings.
· Set up and manage meeting schedules to ensure effective communication.
· Establish and maintain program plans, risk logs, and schedules.
· Set up and maintain program tools and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
· Monitor program budget availability and financial aspects.
· Enable regular program reporting to track financial performance.
· Ensure availability of country onboarding packages.
· Manage change order availability in cases of contractual deliverable changes.
· Ensure strict adherence to process methodology.
· Support process improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
· Primarily a back-office supporting function but may involve client interaction (e.g., meeting setup).


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, management, administration, or a related field will be considered as an advantage;
· Proficiency in either German, French, Spanish or Italian;
· Working proficiency in English - mandatory;
· 1+ year of experience in back-office support on customer projects or support roles.
· Strong analytical skills and administrative experience or a keen interest in working with administration, documents, and paperwork.

The following skills will be considered as a strong advantage:
· Experience in project management and transition management is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
