Who are we?

MobiSystems is the only Bulgarian company that creates and sells its own mobile apps since 2001. It is the company behind OfficeSuite and File Commander – two of the Top 10 apps from the Google Play Business category. These apps have been installed on more than 300 million devices in 197 countries. MobiSystems is also the creator of UBReader - an electronic book reader with more than 5 million downloads.

We co-operate with leading mobile device manufacturers to deliver productivity solutions directly to mobile users. Our manufacturing partners include: Sony, Acer, Alcatel, Amazon, Sharp, Toshiba, Huawei, and Kyocera, all of whom preload OfficeSuite on their mobile products.

Currently we have over 120 employees in our Headquarters in Sofia.
We also have offices in the US, China and UK.

Requirements:

7+ years experience in a product company;
Experience in managing monthly advertising budgets;
Skills in digital marketing in all its fields: performance (both Google and Facebook remarketing), direct, social media;
Knowledge in heading large scale marketing initiatives in various global markets;
Experience in collaborating with business development and IT product (web, app) teams;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (second language will be a plus);
Well-organized strategic thinker, who takes initiative and delivers results;
An ambitious professional who is motivated by building a world-class company;
Growth mindset, willing to walk through walls to deliver;
Good “people skills” to establish a well-structured marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
Ensure all marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines;
Collaborating with Business development department and Graphic Designers to plan and execute associated sourcing campaigns reaching target audiences through diverse channels;
Initiate PR campaigns as part of the general brand positioning company strategy;
Develop and execute content marketing plans, including company website, social media, etc.;
Prepare and manage timelines for marketing projects;
Establish KPI’s and analyze data to determine campaign efficiency and provide performance analytics reports as required;
Apply market research techniques to collect data and produce industry relevant insights and reports.
