For their big family we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position Brand Manager, who will work for a new brand to establish itself on the Bulgarian market. Duties and responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate a global brand strategy including a clear long-term vision and goals, identification of target customers and brand positioning;
Develop a plan for launching the innovations on the markets and packaging designs in collaboration with external partners;
Establish the brand main communication tools – digital campaigns, key visuals, brand collateral;
Coordinate and lead the communication with external partners;
Ideate new product concepts and lead the whole new product development (NPD) process ;
Manage brand portfolio.

We are looking for someone with:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Brand management, Economics or similar;
Strong background in Marketing, preferably in FMCG;
At least 3 years previous experience in Brand management
Working for Foreign markets (US or UK) is considered an advantage;
Fluent English-both written and spoken;
Very good skills in MS Office and MS Windows;
Leadership skills, inquisitive mind and teamwork spirit.
