On behalf of our Client now we are looking for Head of Pay-Per-Click Department - a talented, goal-oriented professional who live and breathe the Internet and thrive in a flexible but challenging work environment.


The Role
In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO.) You should also be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI.). The PPC Manager is responsible for day to day progress of client search engine marketing campaigns and ensuring timely completion and success of related tasks.


Responsibilities:
Build a team of Pay-Per-Click specialists;
Manage and delegate the work between the people in the team;
Participate in forming effective paid search strategies;
Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns;
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Produce reports for management.

Requirements:
Have a proven track record in team management and people development;
Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Professional;
Expert knowledge in Paid Search;
Experience in data analysis and reporting;
Great experience in this field;
Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Keyword Tool, Bing etc.).
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel);
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Analytical thinking with strong math skills
BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
